In your state, the statute of limitations for the vast majority of wage and hour claims--which is what the claims you describe would fall under--is only three years from when you *should* have been paid the money. If you had a written employment contract and that is what you are claiming under (i.e. you're claiming for breach of contract), the statute of limitations is four years.
