I am water operator who is required to be on call for 1week every 3 or 4 weeks I don’t receive compensation unless I get a call.Should I?

The industry standard is to compensate for being required to be on call and to respond within 30min. from what I’ve heard the amount of pay is around 200 to 300 per week extra . I have been doing this for 7years

Legally, your employer does not have to compensate you for being on call--only for when you receive a call and work. On call time is not considered working time--while an employer could voluntarily choose to pay employees for it, they do not have to.
