If I am waiting on a settlement that is contingent on the disolution of an estate, how do I find out if that estate has been settled?

To find out if the estate has been settled and distributed, you can call the Probate Court where it is/was pending.  You may also be able to find this information online.  Many Probate Courts have the docket listed online.
