If I am unable to pay back a cash advance loan, what are my options?

I received a phone call stating they will move forward with “governing law”.

If you are unable to pay back the cash advance loan in full at this point in time, one option is to enter into a written agreement with the lender to make agreed upon weekly or monthly payments to reduce the amount loaned you.

Another option is to get a loan from a friend or family member to pay off the cash advance loan that you are writing about. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the lender that you are writing about, most likely it will file a legal action against you.
