If I’m trying to sell my manufactured home in a trailer park but prospective buyers have been discouraged from buying due to the managers, canI take legal action?

The trailer park managers for telling lies about the condition of our manufactured home to discourage any buyers. We take good care of our home and have been trying to sell for over 5 months. Can they get away with this?

If the trailer park managers have made misrepresentations about the mobile home that you are trying to sell to third parties, possibly you have a legal action for interference with a prospective business activity. Whether or not there is a factual basis to bring a legal lawsuit requires more facts being elicited by you as to the types of wrongful conduct by the trailer park managers. I suggest that you consult with a real estate attorney further about your situation.
