Your pre-marital assets should be exempt from any judgments against your spouse. You would want to make very clear that these pre-marital assets, however. For example, make sure any property or accounts are only in your name; a pre-nuptual agreement which specifies which assets you are each bringing into the marriage would also be helpful.
