I am so sorry for your loss and for the issues that have arisen since your father passed.  You as the Executor have the right to go after anyone who dissipated estate assets, trespassed, or go after anyone for any cause of action that may have accrued during your Father's lifetime or after his death.  Get help.  Good luck.
