If I’m the executor and only beneficiary of my stepfather’s Will but my siblings are asking to see it and his death certificate, do I have to comply?

You may wish to comply. As potentially interested parties--persons who logically may have been named in this will--they would most likely have standing and grounds to bring a legal action to see the will if they want: a court would very likely order its disclosure to them. Rather than engage in the acrimony, distraction, and expense of a legal fight over showing it to them, a fighter you would likely lose, you wish to allow them to see it.
