I am sponsoring my Mexican husband but things are not going well in our marriage, can I withdraw my sponsorship at this time?

We have been married for 1 month and submitted papers for his green card. I sponsored him. How far into the process do I have to cancel my sponsorship?

You can cancel it at any time but, really, after just 1 month you are already ready to give up on the marriage and the sponsorship?  I would suggest that you think through it really carefully because if you just pull the sponsorship, it will be hard to reapply and try to convince the USCIS that the marriage is bona fide.
