What to do if I’m a pregnant waitress and my boss ust told me that they are going to put me on a call program which means I’m going to lose a lot of hours?

Can they do this and what are my options?

What I think that you are asking is a discrimination matter.  If you are being discriminated based upon your pregnancy then that is against the law in your state. Under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), employers are not allowed to have policies (written or unwritten) or practices that exclude job applicants or employees from employment because of pregnancy. Contact the PA human Relations Commission.  Use the link below.  Good luck.
