If I’m planning to extend a visitor visa (B2) for my parents and my baby has a serious medical condition so I need their support, should I apply for the visa extension specifying his medical condition?
Or apply giving regular reason that they need to visit some more places and need extension for couple of more months?

In answer to your question I would place both reasons for the need to extend the visitor visa B2 extension for your parents. Namely the medical condition of your child where you will need help and your parents' need to do some additional visiting in this country.
