If I’m planning on starting an at home baking business, do I need a license?

I will not have no employes just myself. Also, one of my products comes with an actual shot of tequila. Do I need a liquor license as well?

If you are doing a business in a given township for profit, you will need to have the required business license in the town where you will be operating. If your product comes with a shot of tequila that is not incorporated in the baked product, you will need a liquor license to sell the actual tequila.
