She has had wages garnished and been in collections. If we marry what could happen to my credit and can my wages be subject to garnishment?

If you marry, you are not liable for your wife's pre-marriage debts.  Therefore, your credit score should not be affected.  Your wages won't be subject to garnishment.
Although you are not liable for your wife's pre-marriage debts, you will be liable for her debts incurred during marriage.  Creditors could come after you  for her debts incurred during marriage which will affect your credit score and collection efforts may include a wage garnishment against you.
