If you have a warrant out for your arrest, i sugges thart you hire a lawyer.  You do not want to have violation of probation and be exposed to jail time, including new charges.  Regardless of whether you believe the charges have no merit, you need to deal with them as they will not go away.  You will end up having the opportunity to have a hearing as t whether you violated probation.  you should have a lawyer assist you.  if you cannot afford one i suggest that you hire a public defender.
