If I’m my father’s power of attorney, can I change a warranty deed that I had signed leaving myself and my sister as grantees?

I want to remove my sister since she is trying to sell the house we grew up in. my father is still living though. She is on his will as to keeping property but doesn’t specify what property.

I think that the best thing for you to do is to talk with your Father and have him tale care of this.  If he is not competant then you need to  become his conservator and guardian of his estate.  I would not as the POA change any document to your favor but rather bring an action against your sister to enjoin her (stop her) from doing anything with your Father's assets.  Seek legal help asap.  Good luck.
