Whether or not your employer can legally terminate a co-worker that you are having a relationship with even after you terminate your employment at the place where you are working depends upon what is stated in the presumed employer-employee handbook.

Assuming there is some language prohibiting dating of employees at work, your leaving employement where you are presently should not create a situation where your former employer can legally terminate your female co-worker who you may be dating after the fact.
