What to do if I’m engaged to an American and we plan on getting married but I have a student visa and prior to this had a J-1 which has the 2 year home return rule?
How would it work out for us to get married? Do I need to apply for the green card right away or could we get married and stay with my F-1 visa? My visa expires in in 3 years only.
