If I’m currently renting a room from a friend but recently there was a fight and now he is having me evicted, can he go into my room when I am not home?

No, he may not go into your room when you are not home except as indicated below. Until you are evicted or voluntarily leave, that space is yours; only you have possession of it. He may go into common areas of the home, of course, but not into the room you are specifically renting.

The above said, any landlord may enter a tenant's space on reasonable (24 hours or more) notice for routine repairs or inspection, or to show the space to sell or rent; or enter without notice for an emergency (leak, fire, gas, broken window to be boarded up, etc.).
