What to do regarding an H2B visa and a marriage?

I would like to marry my fiance, who is an American citizen. My visa will expire in about 6 weeks. Can I marry him at the end of next monh (5 weeks) othe r we should plan wedding earlier?

If you wish to remain legally in the United States where your visa is pending expiration, I suggest that you end up marrying your fiance' who is an American citizen before your visa's expiration. Once married, take a certified copy of your marriage license down to the immigration department with your spouse and apply for your residency in this country.
