If I’m being sued by the state for not having worker’s compensation for the last 3 months and I currently have a balance of 0 in regards to LLC assets, what can the state do?
They already filed a court case about this and it’s under my LLC. I have no employees.

From what you have written about there is a possibility that the state can fine your limited liability company the statutory amount that your state has and then try and levy upon all bank accounts of your entity.
From what you have written about you might want to try and work out some monthly payment plan with the state for what is owed.
