Whshould I do if I am being named as a defendant in a suit involving fraud concerning my grandmother’s Will?

I have no idea why my aunts and uncles have included me in their suit. The judge will dismiss me without prejudice if I submit a signed waiver of my inheritance (my deceased father’s portion). What should this waiver say if I had been removed from my grandmother’s will by a codicil filed 1 month after my fathers death? I have no means to hire an attorney.

I suggest that if you have no means to hire an attorney about the civil lawsuit that you are a defendant in, I suggest that you contact the local legal aid clinic or the county bar association in your community for free legal assistance. I would not contact plaintiffs' counsel at this point in time.
