Yes. You can also try locating this person through any available free or pay for service websites that can give you the latest information. If you were in a car accident, you obviously obtained a copy of this person's license plate and driver's license information. That would be or should be this person's most up to date information unless othewise given to you. If there is a police repot, the report should also have the latest information, which may or may not be the same as the address on the driver's license.
