What do i need to do if I’m an American citizen and want to bring my nephew from Mexico to come here and attend high school?
I am an American citizen and want to bring my nephew from Mexico to come to High School in the United States. He has a visa and passport. Is there anything I need as far as documents or should I create a letter of permission or temporary legal guardianship while he is here?

He would need to be accepted into the high school and the high school would need to prepare the paperwork for him to bring to the Embassy. You will probably have to show proof of sponsorship in terms of supporting hiim while he is in the US. There is no guarantee that the visa will be issued to him to study in the US.
