If I’m a victim of a simple assault and the case is resolved, how do I stop the defendant from delaying in making reimbursement payments?

I have emailed my medical bills to their attorney. The defendant should pay the medical bills, however he hasn’t paid in the last few months.

You can enforce the judgment against the defendant by obtaining a wage garnishment.

Ask the court clerk which documents you will need to file a wage garnishment.  File the appropriate documents with a hearing date obtained from the court clerk and serve the documents by mail on the defendant's attorney.
