If I am a domestic violence victim and the restraining order that I got against my husband is expiring, can he move back into the house?
My restraining order has recently experied and my husband is threatening to move back into our home because his name is on the lease. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

You can petition to have the domestic violence order extended based upon certain facts and circumstances therefore if you still fear for such continued harassment or violence then you should seek to do such.
