What to do if I’m a citizen of the US and want to invite my sister for permanent residency here?
I know that process takes many years but on the other hand I heard that new immigration reform will cut years of waiting. Is that true? If yes, it will affect those who already applied or those who is going to apply?

Actually, if passes, the reform may eliminate the "sister/brother" category all together, so I suggest filing ASAP. Even though it does take years, the line does moves along. I would be glad to help - feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]
