What to d o if I am 20 years old and my dad owes around 18 years of child support?

Is there a way I can fight to get the money he owes my mother to help with college tuition? If so, what steps do I take?

If your father has not paid under a court order for child support concerning you, you need to consult with a family law attorney about bring a petition for an order to show cause and payment of the arrearages and the accrued interest on the amount not paid. If your mother will not bring the petition, you can as an adult with respect to moneys that should have been paid when you were a minor.
