If my husband owns property with sister, am I entitled to it if my husband passes?

My husband’s mother recently passed away and he and his sister own the estate 50/50. They are trying to sell. If my husband passes away before the property sales, am I entitled to his 50% or does his sister own it 100%? My husband has no Will at this time.

As of this point, since your mother-in-law has died, your husband is "vested" with his share. This ,means that if he should now pass, his estate will be entitled to receive his inheritance.
