How would I find out if I am in a will?
My grandmother just passed away and me and
my mother are not on good terms. I’m worried
that my grandmother Has left me something
and my mom has signed it over to herself.

Since wills do not need to be filed in advance, there is no way to know for sure unless someone with knowledge of the will's existence (e.g. the attorney who drafted it; a friend or relative who knows about it; etc.) tells you. Otherwise, if the only person who know of a will (assuming there was one) was your mother, she could dispose of it and let the property go to her under instestate succession and no one would likely ever know otherwise.
