How to file for a low cost divorce?

Husband has divorce papers filled out and wife left state 8 months ago and refuses to help pay for divorce. How does he go about filing for this divorce quickly. No property or children or spousal support. Only married 5 years.

There are legal aid clinics typically in all counties in all states in this country that assist people who are on a budget in the filing of legal matters. Perhpas there is one in yours. Another option is to contact your county's bar association to see if it has a program to assist in the filing of a marital dissolution matter to assist you in your endeavor.
