How to file for a divorce?
My husband is in MI; I’ve been living in TN for over 9 months. We have no children or property. I want to file for a divorce as there are several
differences, one being he doesn’t want to live here and I do not want to move back. I don’t love him anymore, etc. What must I do?

I am so sorry for your situation. Tennessee has what is called a no-fault divorce called Irreconcilable Differences used generally when a divorce is uncontested. You need to be a resident of the state for at least 6 months when you file and you file in the county in which you reside. If he is agreeable it will be easier. If it is not then you have to have him served in MI. Seek legal consultation. Good luck.
