You places this questoin in the Criminal category.  However, an Order for Protection is not criminal. It is civil.  If you wish it dismissed, you must  file a Motin to dismiss and have t heard by the court.  If t his is, instead, a Domestic Abuse No COntact Order (DANCO), as part of a ciriminal case, the defense totrorney for the defendant may seek to have itt removed at a court hearing.
