How long do you have to contest a will in NH.
I just found out that my brother had my mom change her will while not of sound mind. I am no longer a part of the will and always was. My mom died three years ago and I believe that the will was submitted to Probate over 2 years ago.

New Hampshire has a six month statute of limitations for contesting a Will. It is six months from the date the probate court appointed an administrator.
Since the statute of limitations has expired, you have unfortunately lost your rights forever in the matter.
