How long do I have before they can move me out?

I’m buying house on contract and got behind on payments. I got served with 30 day notice to pay what I owe and the 30 days is up tomorrow. How long do I have until they can actually kick me out of the house?

Roughly 3 - 5 weeks after that, depending on exactly how backlogged your local courts are, and based on the assumption they file the eviction action against you pretty much right away. Being in breach of this agreement, they can file for eviction as soon as the 30 days elapses; probably get a court date 2-4 weeks after that; will win in court, if you are in breach; and get locked out a week, maybe a little less, after that.
