How long can a employer take to pay you hours for overtime?
I received my pay check February 7 the 2019 but my 32 hours of overtime was not on it. I told my employer but nothing is being done.

It should have been in the same paycheck as the regular hours. If not in that check due to a legitimate or honest error, oversight, etc., you should have in the following paycheck. They are long overdue. You can sue for the money (e.g. in small claims court) or contact the state department of labor to file an overtime complaint.
