We are all Canadian citizens. There is no mortgage. The condo was purchased approximately 20 years ago.

There are so many ways to accomplish this. She can do it by will, trust, contract, or create a co-tenancy such as joint tenancy or tenancy in common. She has to research this to find out the best way for her since each option would have its own pros and cons.
