Ordinarily juvenile criminal records are sealed under the laws of all states in this country where in order to get such records a special petition is filed with the court by the person seeking such served upon all interested parties.

In order to expunge a juvenile's criminal record ordinarily a criminal defense attorney files a petition in the court where the conviction occurred seeking the relief requested. Not all petitions to expunge are granted. If you are interested in such a possibility, you need to consult with a criminal defense attorney experienced in such matters.
