How do you get judge to put his orders in writing?

Went to court for foreclosure mediation. Last court date judge (magistrate) ordered lender to modify the loan. The judge did not put anything in writing, nothing in our files regarding this. What can we do to get the judge to put in writing his orders? Present at that last meeting was the lenders’ attorney, my spouse, the judge, secretary and I.

If there was an actual hearing and there was an order issued by the judge for what you write about, you need to prepare the order after the hearing as to the judge's decision for him or her to review, approve, date, sign and get filed.

You first need to submit the proposed order to the other side for approval as to form and content and signature before submitting it to the judge for signature and filing. Good question.
