How doI take care of my violation of probation in another state?

I was arrested earlier this year in in another state for a robbery. I was released with 3 year’s probation but I had to move to out of state so I could be able to take care of son and fiance?. Is there a way to deal with this without going to jail?

If you were arrested in one state for a crime where you plead out to the charge and received probation, you are obligated to report to your probation officer assigned to you in that particular state on a regular basis. Failure to do so will result in further problems for you, namely a charge for violation of your probation where any suspended sentence against you will be imposed.

I suggest that the best way for you to resolve the pending violation of probation charge against you is to hire a criminal defense attorney in the county and state where the robbery charge was filed against you to try and resolve the seemingly challenging situation that you have gotten yourself in.
