Under 2010 federal law, if the rental that you have fell into foreclosure you have rights to remain in the rental so long as you are current on your rent assuming the property has foreclosed under the following conditions:

1. if you are on a month to month lease, the new owner needs to provide at least 90 days written notice to terminate your lease;

2. if you are on a term lease, you cannot be evicted until your tem is expired.

I suggest that you consult further with a landlord tenant attorney.
