Could it be possible that it was a mistake of some sort on the part of the reporting system in your Department of Motor Vehicles and you have a defense? If that is the case then seek help. If you are saying that it was possible but did not have notice of the suspension check the statute to see what was required. But I would speak with some one in person before you plead anything.
