How do I obtain access to a will?
As the spouse, executor and beneficiary, am I entitled to a copy of the Will?

You don't give much by way of details. Is your spouse still living? If so, then at this point you do not have a right to the Will although should be informed of where it is kept. If an attorney is holding it, then you should be given a copy at the time you spouse passes or if it has been given to the probate court for safekeeping you will gave access to it at that time.
