How do I look up all the mortgages taken out in the past 20 years againsta property?
This property is owned by our family trust and my brother look out several mortgages on this one property. When my mother dies we will divide the assets and I need to know how much he has already taken.

A title search will reveal everything. You can go to your county's recording office to do a search yourself or hire a title search company to run the search. Not that expensive.
