How do I give away or transfer my share inreal estate to the other property owners?

My family and I own a condo and all of our names are on it, including mine. I am moving out of state ( I am in my 20’s) and they do not know but I wanted to get rid of my name on the property and leave it to them without any benefit from it or anything whatsoever. What form or deed(s) do I need to fill out to do this transfer/gift?

You can file a quitclaim deed.  A quitclaim deed releases your ownership rights in the property to the other property owners.  You and the other property owners should sign the quitclaim deed in the presence of a notary.  The quitclaim deed should then be recorded (filed with the County Recorder's office).
