How do I get my son away from a young boy who molested him at his mothers house?

My 6 year old son was recently molested my a young neighbor boy at his mother’s house. After putting him in therapy and finding out the extent of what’s happened and its effect on him, I asked his mother to move and put our son in a new school. She refuses. I want to get my son away from this kid but I don’t know what to do next. We have 50/50 legal and physical custody. I want to change his school and make it so that my son is at her house a max of 2 days a week.

You need to seek legal help as soon as you can both to make sure that the child that did this to your son is dealt with and helped and to bring a motion to ask the cout to change the custody agreement to allow you to be the custodial parent with your wife getting a visitation schedule.  Court make this determination "in the best interest of the child."  I think that this will be an easy case for a judge,  Good luck to you all.
