How do I get my repossessed car back?
My car was repossessed 4 days ago. I was 3 months behind for a total of $555. What steps can I take to get my car back?

You are going to have to contact your lender. You can work out payment arrangements with it. Once you have done so they will inform you as to just where your car is. You then can contact the lot in which it is being held and they will instruct you what you need to do in order to get it released. If you fail to make such arrangements within a matter of days, your car can be auctioned; typically for far less than is owed on it. At that point you will be liable for any deficiency and your creditor can go to court and obtain a judgment against you.
