How do I get my divorce decree reversed?
I signed my disability benefits over to my ex-wife when we divorced. I was distraught at the time of signing. I am in need of my disability benefits since I am the one disabled.

Oh my goodness. Did you have an attorney in the divorce proceeding? I think that what you are saying here is that you were not in the proper frame of mind and under undue stress at the time that this agreement was made. And that you wish to have the agreement set aside based upon that. Is this correct? I think that you need to bring the agreement with you to an attorney to review on your behalf. Even go to see if legal aid can help you in any way. I understand that Texas is a community property state but this really seems odd with out a further understanding of the assets involved in the divorce. Good luck to you.
