How do I get a Letter of Adminstration to satisfy the Mortgage co

My wife died without a will we had a reverse mortgage in her name I need a letter of administration in order to remain here

You get a letter of administration from the probate court: as the surviving spouse, you are the natural person to be named adminstrator or personal representative (either term is used; it is basically the "executor" when there is no will naming an executor--the person who manages or administrates the estate). Contact your county probate court clerk's office for instructions as to how to apply for or request this.
