How doI get a court order for deleted text messages from a phone carrier?

I have called the phone carrier and they stated that they needed a court order in order to release this kind of information. What can I do?

Obtaining a copy of the text messages even from your own account can be nearly impossible.  You are going to have to get an attorney to help you with this.  You may also have a huge burden to overcome in order to obtain them.  In other words, you are going to have to give the court a good reason that you need them. You may have to start a lawsuit as against the person attached to the phone that has the text messages. I really see no other way.  Possibly a subpoena but still you need a lawsuit in which a subpoena can be issued. But your attorney will be able to help. Good luck.
