I am so sorry for your loss. If you are a beneficiary under the Will - or would have inherited under the intestacy statute - then you should have received a copy under the law. But if you did not, and the Will has been offered for probate (i.e., filed in the Probate Court), then it is a public record adn you can go down to the court and take a look at the file and copy the Will. The Will is filed in the county in which he resided at the time of his death. Good luck.
